The brand new MAFSI podcast — “The Good, The Bad, and The Foodservice Industry” — debuts on June 29, 2023, as podcast hosts Mike Colligon, Chris Jeens, and Shaun Gallagher dive right in to talk about the issue of electrification as it relates to foodservice equipment. All three are members of the MAFSI Board of Directors and the Research, Data and Trends Committee.

Chris Jeens, CPMR, began his journey in foodservice working at the fry station at McDonald’s as a teenager. He is the third-generation president of his family’s business, W. D. Colledge Co., Ltd., Canada’s leading foodservice equipment Manufacturers' Rep Group. He has worked in foodservice for 28 years.
