Session 2 of the MAFSI x BBB Techs Mini-Series: If Session 1 showed the impact of visualization, Session 2 focuses on the inputs and workflows that make those visuals possible. Sales teams often skip notes, bury updates in email, or struggle to find time for CRM entries.

Tim Blake and time management expert Stephen Turner will share how to train reps to consistently use the tools they already have—CRM, ERP, quoting systems, and Microsoft 365—to capture clean, reliable data without adding extra work.

The session will also tackle a common pain point for reps: the flood of Excel reports from multiple manufacturers. Many reps spend hours digging through spreadsheets just to understand sales performance across their lines. We’ll show how to streamline that process, and close with a demo of how Power BI can transform raw manufacturer reports into clear, actionable dashboards—helping you spend less time crunching numbers and more time selling.

Tim Blake will show how reps and manufacturers can use data to forecast sales, plan territories, and evaluate line card opportunities. You’ll also hear directly from a rep agency leader about how forecasting tools are changing the way they manage their business and their manufacturers.

The session will feature a live AI demo using Microsoft Copilot in Excel and Fabric, showing how reps can instantly turn existing reports into forecasting insights—and even walk into line review meetings fully prepared in a fraction of the time.

Our members provide any non-food product that goes into restaurants or non-commercial establishments such as schools, hospitals, hotels, stadiums, prisons, etc.
