Los Angeles Fire Relief Effort
In the face of adversity, the Fischer Group exemplified the true spirit of community and compassion. When devastating fires swept through Southern California, they didn't hesitate to act. Utilizing their test kitchen equipment and culinary expertise, they provided hot meals to first responders and displaced families across the region. Their selfless dedication not only nourished those in need but also uplifted the entire community. It's heartening to see such unwavering commitment to service during challenging times. Meals on Wheels People
The Performance Reps NW Team had the privilege of volunteering at the Meals on Wheels Central Kitchen in Multnomah Village.
Meals on Wheels Oregon serves Washington County and Multnomah County in Oregon, as well as Clark County in Southwest Washington. Founded in 1969, Meals on Wheels provides nutritious meals to seniors over 60 through home delivery and at four dining locations across Oregon and Washington.
Their mission is to enrich the lives of seniors and help them maintain independence by offering high-quality, heart-healthy meals, human connections, and social support. The central kitchen, spanning 14,000 square feet, prepares up to 6,400 meals daily, which are then delivered to dining centers and homes throughout the three counties they serve.
