TUES, JANUARY 31

  • 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm - Registration Open

  • 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm - NAFEM Show Kick-Off Party: Start your show experience right. Connect with friends, meet new ones and savor a variety of food and drinks.
    • This is a casual reception providing the opportunity to network with fellow attendees.
    • All show participants are invited to attend.
    • The Kick-Off Party will be at the Hilton Orlando.

  • 7:00 am - 9:00 am - Exhibitors & MAFSI Reps allowed on the show floor early

  • 9:00 am - 5:00 pm - Show Floor Open

  • 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm - MAFSI Membership Meeting & Cocktail Party: Stop by to catch up with your fellow MAFSI Members and enjoy some appetizers and drinks with a quick MAFSI update!
    • Orange County Convention Center: Room S330E-H
    • Appetizers and Beverages will be provided

  • 7:00 am - 9:00 am - Exhibitors & MAFSI Reps allowed on the show floor early

  • 8:00 am - 9:00 am - Early Training Time with customers

  • 9:00 am - 5:00 pm - Show Floor Open

  • 7:30 pm - 11:30 pm - The NAFEM Show Party: Celebrate a successful show with great food, inspiring company, and a live performance from a celebrated entertainer. 
    • The NAFEM Party will be held at the Orange County Convention Center.
    • All show participants are invited to attend.
    • Tickets for Concert ONLY with open Bar are $100 - (purchase when registering).

    • Tickets for VIP Experience with dinner, concert, and open bar are $150 - (purchase when registering).
