Arrival and Departure:
Representatives: Plan to arrive in time for the Welcome Reception which will be held on Wednseday, September 22 at 6:00 pm CST. The conference will conclude at 12:30 pm on Saturday, September 25.

Manufacturers: Plan to arrive in time by 1:00 pm CST for the Sales Managers Forum Wednseday, September 22 CST. If you are not attending the SMF please arrive by 6:00 pm for the Welcome Reception. The conference will conclude at 12:30 pm on Saturday, September 25.

Travel Information:
The Westin La Cantera is located approximately 12 miles from the San Antonio International Airport and 15 miles from downtown San Antonio.

Airport Shuttle: To arrange for transportation from San Antonio International Airport. The resort is approximately 12 miles from the San Antonio International Airport.
